Orders List

From the Commerce Dashboard click on Orders to show the list of Orders.

The list shows the Orders that have been created and their Status.

Header Buttons

There are a number of buttons above the list of Orders available:

Delete Selected

This will delete the selected orders and their order items.

Mark as Ordered

This will change that status of the selected orders to Ordered.

Mark as Paid

This will change that status of the selected orders to Paid.

This is useful when payment has been made for an order outside of the Smart software

Example

A customer pays for an order using wire/bank transfer and so the order needs to be marked as paid.

Mark as Cancelled

This will cancel an order, changing its status to Cancelled.

Grid Buttons

There are also buttons available for each Order in the grid and can be found at the beginning of each row:

Peek

This will open a slide out panel with details of the Order.

View

This will display the main screen for a single Order. See View Order.
