View Order¶

The View Order page shows all the details about a single Order.

Header Buttons¶

This page has the following buttons:

Warning

This button is only available to administrators.

View the Customer who placed this order.

Note

This button is only available if the gateway has a receipt facility.

View the receipt generated by the 3rd party payment gateway.

Show the Order Items List for all the Order Items that make up this order.

View the Invoice generated by the Smart software for this order.

Note

The contents and layout of the invoice can be customised for each project.

Note

This feature may not be turned on for the project.

View the history of this order.

The top of the View Order screen shows the order status.

Then the individual items in the order are displayed.

The right hand side shows additional information about the order.
