Impersonate a Person

The Impersonate screen enables an Administrator to Impersonate another person in their Project and use the software as if they were logged on as that person.

It is accessed from the View Person screen by clicking the Impersonate button.

Click on Start to begin the impersonation of the selected person.

The screen will then reload and the impersonation bar will be displayed at the top of the screen:

Every screen will now be displayed as if you were logged on as the person being impersonated.

You can navigate to different pages and carry out actions as if you were that person.

When you are ready to finish impersonating the person and return back to being logged on as yourself, click on the Stop button on the impersonation bar at the top of the screen.
