Reviewer cannot see their reviews

If a reviewer logs on and is not able to see their reviews that have been assigned to them then

1. Check Reviewer

Check that they are added as a reviewer on the Reviewers List.

2. Check Reviews

Check that they have actually been assigned some reviews on the Reviews List.

3. Check Email Address

Check that they are logging in with the correct email address.

If they are logging in with a different email address then you can either

  • Ask them to log in with the correct email address.
  • Delete the reviews for them, add them in as a new reviewer using their preferred email address, reassign to them.
