Adding columns to the Submissions Grid

You may want to add an extra column to the submissions grid to show data that is useful to see at a glance or in order to make filtering the submissions easier. You can also change the order of the columns, the header name for each column and even change the default width of the column so you can see the information more easily.

From any grid you are currently viewing, you can click on the Edit Columns button.

Select +Column

You can choose the column you wish to add, from the list, just Click and Drag the one you want to the left side.

Now that it has been added to the left side it will appear on the grid.

Drag and drop the new column to appear in the position you wish to the new column to appear. The order of this page matches the order of the column in the grid.  

You can change the Title of the column.  Click on the column in the left hand pane that you wish to change and make sure Column (1) is selected in the toolbox.  Enter the new label in the Title field for this column (2)

You can change the size of the column - these sizes are in pixels and we recommend to keep the sizes in multiples of 5 just to make things easier! Click on the column in the left hand pane that you wish to change and make sure Column (1) is selected in the toolbox.  Enter the new width in the Width field for this column (2)

Click Close and head over to the submissions grid to see your changes.

If you would like to remove a column, Please select the column you would like to remove as shown below and click Delete.

If you would like to reset the column and start all over again, Please choose Reset Columns.
