Side Bar

When logged on as an Administrator each screen has a vertical side bar that is used to navigate between the main parts of the system.

Clicking on any of the icons in the Side Bar will open up the relevant page.

Clicking on the Reviewing icon will take you to the Reviewing Dashboard

The icons available on the Side Bar vary from project to project and your sidebar may look different to this screenshot.

The arrow at the bottom of the Side Bar pins the bar open so it is easy to see all the options within it.

System

This button will take you to the System Dashboard.

Note

This button is only available to System Administrators

Account

This button will take you to the Account Dashboard which gives an overview of all the projects in an account.

Note

This button is only available to Account Administrators

Project

This button will take you to the Project Dashboard which gives an overview of the project.

Note

This button is only available to Project Administrators

Submitting

This button will take you to the Submitting Dashboard which gives an overview of the submissions in the project.

Note

This button is only available in projects where Submitting is enabled.

Reviewing

This button will take you to the Reviewing Dashboard which gives an overview of the reviewing in the project.

Note

This button is only available in projects where Submitting is enabled.

Moderating

This button will take you to the Moderating Dashboard which gives an overview of the moderating in the project.

Note

This button is only available in projects where Moderating has been configured.

Publishing

This button will take you to the Publishing Dashboard where data can be published for the API and proceedings and other reports created.

Scheduling

This button will take you to the Scheduling Dashboard where a programme can be built with speaker details.

Note

This button is only available in projects where Scheduling is enabled.

Reporting

This button will take you to the Reporting Chooser where reports can be created and downloaded.

Communications

This button will take you to the Communications Dashboard where messages can be created and sent.

People

This button will take you to the People Dashboard where all the people associated with the project can be managed.

Commerce

This button will take you to the Commerce Dashboard that gives an overview of all tickets and other items sold.

Note

This button is only available in projects where Commerce is enabled.

Automation

This button will take you to the Automation Dashboard where automatic tasks can be set up.
